You are lonely and feel terrible. Your day ranges from frustration at work to feelings of hopelessness during the evening as the world as you perceive it appears cruel and not in harmony with you. You view life as though you have not part in the circumstances and events that cause you pain and loneliness, yet you do know that the matchmakers and matchmaking companies really do not know how to find you that perfect soul mate.

In order to find the right person in your life, you must find you first. In the midst of all that you find ugly in the world, you are only translating how you truly feel about yourself. This may sound a bit harsh and may be difficult to swallow, but life is playing out by what you have chose to focus on in your mind. The only way to get life to treat you better and to find that special person in your life is to find the true you.

The true you is a person with total well-being that enjoys life and loves who you are. You are most likely getting your perceptional cues from the world which tends to paint life and many times you in an ugly way. This leads many to look for people, places, or things in the world to bring them joy and happiness, which does not work since these external parts to our lives are not responsible, nor can sustain our happiness.So where do you begin? The answer is that you begin with starting to find ways to love yourself again. We are born with an internal guidance system that is fail proof in letting us know if we are on the right track in life. This guidance is our emotions. If you are not feeling good, this indicates that you thoughts and beliefs have caused you to come out of alignment of who you really are. This will cause you to attract only those unwanted things that cause you more hurt and pain in your life.

To begin to align your self with the happy and joyful person that you really are, you must first start to inventory your thinking. Many people go through their days and allow their thoughts to go on autopilot only to allow themselves to gain tremendous momentum to negativity throughout their day. At the end of the day, they feel fatigued and deflated and blame their day for how they feel. They never realized that their thought patterns contributed to their emotions and outcomes of the day. This is not to say that negative emotions do not serve a purpose. These emotions help each of us to identify those unwanted circumstances in your life and what is wanted. Where many of us get lazy is that we fail to create thoughts around what we want and spend time thinking of the happiness that would surround the occurrence of wanted events and circumstances.

As you become better at paying closer attention to your thoughts and emotions, you will start to slow the negative thoughts and gain more momentum to the specific things that you do want in your life including that perfect match. What makes this approach better is that your work to focus those wanted things with help you get more aligned with who you are and will allow you to see the world differently. As you start to focus more on what you want you can apply this to each part of your day, which will help you start to project a different light of the people, circumstances and events in your life, which will cause some really miraculous things to occur.

You will begin to notice more harmony and happiness in your life. At this moment, you will find more evidence and cues on what to do to further your purpose in life, which will include finding that real true match for you.
